How to order
If ordering by fax, please be sure to provide all of the information requested on our order form, as incomplete information may delay your shipment. To avoid duplication, if you place your order on this Website, do NOT phone, fax or e-mail the same order to us.
After submitting your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received. Please review your confirmation for accuracy. Changes to any personalized items on your order must be made via email or by calling customer service before 4:00 PM EST on the business day following the date of the original order confirmation. Changes to non-personalized item orders may be made by calling customer service before 4:00 PM EST of the third business day following your original order confirmation date. Please note that requests for order changes sent by fax will not be accepted.

Errors
Errors in descriptions or prices or any typographical errors are subject to correction. In case of a design or style change, we will send you the latest model. We reserve the right to make substitutions, as necessary.

BCM Shops accepts Visa and Master card. If you prefer not to pay by credit card over the Internet, you may call in your card number to 514-748-7693.

We limit the information we provide to outside companies with whom we contract to only what they need to carry out their responsibilities.
When you make a purchase, request a catalogue or create an account on our Website, your transactional information is transmitted in a safe, encrypted format.
Shipping information
Regular order production takes 14 to 21 business days (3 to 4 weeks). Our goal is to ship orders sooner, but occasionally, we temporarily run out of certain very popular items.

Return and Exchange Policy
If you would like to return an item, please call customer service at 514-748-7693 for an R.A. number. Returns without an R.A. number will not be accepted.
ORDERS PAID BY CREDIT CARD: If your order was paid for by credit card and the merchandise is returned within 30 DAYS of the invoice date, a credit to the original card used will be issued provided the items are:
• In their original condition and packaging
• Returned in unaltered, unwashed, unworn, unmonogrammed and otherwise unmodified condition.
• There may be a 15% restocking fee for non-sized merchandise.
ORDERS PAID BY CHEQUE: If your order was paid for by cheque and the merchandise is returned within 30 DAYS of the invoice date, a refund cheque will be issued from the company office and mailed to your billing address, provided the items are:
• In their original condition and packaging
• Returned in unaltered, unwashed, unworn, unmonogrammed and otherwise unmodified condition.
• There may be a 15% restocking fee for non-sized merchandise.
• Please allow 21 days for cheque processing.
No credit, refund, or exchange will be given:
• On socks or underwear
• On items returned after 60 days from invoice date
• On merchandise that has been damaged, washed, worn, personalized or altered
• On a product that is marked non-returnable or non-exchangeable
• There may be a 15% restocking fee for non-sized merchandise.
Return Policy with Original Receipt within 31 to 60 Days of Invoice Date
Customers returning merchandise in its original, unaltered, unwashed, unworn, unmonogrammed and otherwise unmodified condition between 31 and 60 days of the original invoice date will receive a company credit in the form of a merchandise credit/gift card. There may be a 15% restocking fee for non-sized merchandise.
Discontinued items
If an item has been discontinued or is no longer being offered by the company for the following season, no refund, exchange or credit will be issued.
Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification containing a tracking number and a direct link that will allow you to follow your order right up until it gets to your doorstep.
